WEDDING Weekend!!

Matt and Jenny's wedding weekend had finally arrived. We were eager with anticipation as all the brothers and Nita were arriving. Tab and Jake were able to spend some quality time with little Grace (we sure missed Anna and her parents though).

Gracie made a beautiful flower girl. I was able to get some great shots of her.

Steve served as the Best Man, though he had some terrible stomach bug the day of the wedding. He was able to tough it out through the ceremony and pictures but then had to head home to bed.

This was our last family photo before Amanda leaves for Minot.

Pedi

It was Wedding Weekend. My new sister-in-law, Jenny, invited us all to go to get pedicures before the wedding and some dinner. I never go to get my nails done (I'm too cheap) so it was a real treat. Of course I had to opt for the flower! This didn't last long in perfect condition. 24 hours later I kicked a rock, not on purpose, and chipped the polish off one nail. Luckily I had a similar color at home.

Finally...a NEW car!!

Sven had promised me that if I was rescinded we would go car shopping! My van is about 11 years old and definitely showing it. I was very excited. We did some research and narrowed our choices to 4. After test driving them all we decided on the Buick Enclave. Who would've thought we'd ever own a Buick?? I remember one that my grandparents owned. This is really nice and can seat 8!

Garden Party

Tab wanted to plant a garden for the summer. Since our backyard is CONCRETE we didn't have many options. We borrowed some large pots from my mom and away she planted. These are the flowers from the cucumber plant. Not sure what will happen next...

Her snap peas are doing very well. We have enjoyed many a snap this summer.
