Laundry Room Remodel

I have hated my laundry room set up forever! The space is nice but the shelves were a nightmare. They were open and stuff would fall off of it. Steve and I finally decided to rip it out and put in some cabinets. (Unfortunately I forgot to take pics of the before)

I love the after! So much storage and it's hidden :)

San Diego Fair

We went to the San Diego Fair for the day. The kids were free and adults were $3 each. Can't beat that!

The kids enjoyed some shaved ice.

And the animals! We learned that our kids need to get around the farm a bit more often!

SuMMeR iS HeRE!!

Jake and the Morri boys enjoyed making a slide out of the rafts.

End of the School year

We finished out the school year! No longer do we have any elementary school babies. Tab is off to middle school to join Jake. Kel and Amanda are seniors (boy that makes me feel old!). My last week at TTES the staff played softball against the 5th graders, we got creamed! I will miss my awesome team. I learned so much from them over the last 5 years. Hopefully one day I'll be back with you!

Prom Season

It's prom time here in SoCal. Both Kel and Amanda attended proms

Kelsey's boyfriend, Joe, is part of a group that was helping at the prom for Special Education students and he asked her to go as his date. Kelsey isn't one for dresses but understood she couldn't wear a t-shirt and jeans! She opted for a Vikings Purple dress that looked great on her (and wasn't very much $$ so I liked it even more!)

Amanda attended her prom at The Grove in Anaheim. She wore a lovely green dress that looked great!

Both girls had a wonderful time and looked beautiful!

Sports Season

It's that crazy time of year again. It seems to happen twice a year, APril/May and Nov/Dec.
Jacob is playing for the Cardinals this year and keeping us busy with ball games 2 to 3 times a week.

Tabby is playing Spring soccer this year. She wanted to learn other positions besides goalie which has been interesting. Her coach puts her at halfback because she doesn't tire too quick.

We should only have another month of craziness and then it's summertime!!

Moving Day

The day finally arrived when my mom moved to Temecula. She had always vowed to never leave Camarillo....things change! She had been warned to downsize...moving from a 2500 square foot house to 1700 square feet. If you know Mary Lou you know she can be a bit stubborn. Here is the moving van her stuff arrived in.

We weren't happy......

This is only a taste of it...the garage is actually more packed than this! As is the sunroom at the back of the house. To say she has her work cut out for her is an understatement. Love you mom!!
